At Fantasy Fragrance Company, we want your home to smell magical; if you are not completely enchanted by your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your fragrances in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our apothecary.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the items are in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
