What is the typical burn time for your scented candles?
Our standard 10oz fantasy candles offer a clean burn time of approximately 50 to 60 hours, provided the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
Are your home fragrances safe for pets?
We use a proprietary blend of natural soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. While generally safe, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of curious paws.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We want you to love your atmosphere. If a scent isn't what you expected, you can return unlit and unused products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping for your diffusers and sprays?
Currently, we ship to the US and Canada. We are working on expanding our magical reach to other international destinations in the near future.
